Artist note: After arriving in Sri Lanka we toured its seashores, mountains and valleys. What captivated us was the Ashoka Vatika, a place were captured Sita, from the epic of Ramayana was kept. The trees here a million years old... and ferns probably even older. Timeless beauties with tales to tell.
